White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Ganache and covered with panels of wood grain fondant in the style of a traditional beer stein.  Topped with froth and finished with a handle cut from sugar then set on a board covered with more fondant wood panelling – perfect for a special Oktoberfest 21st birthday celebration!

This humorous little cake was designed for a lover of sushi! Chocolate mudcake was wrapped with bands of fondant to mimic a stack of bamboo steamers and then topped with an assortment of sushi handcrafted from sugarpaste. Set on a board and finished off with the all important accompaniments of soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger and chopsticks inscribed with the birthday greeting and the age being celebrated in traditional Japanese graphics. Delightful confusion for the tastebuds!

A cake to light up the night! Chocolate Mud Cake layered with chocolate ganache, cut and stacked in the shape of a letter L then covered with rolled fondant. Finished with remote control battery operated LED lights to complete the effect. A big cake making a big statement!

A blue, coral and gold colour scheme with a modern tropical vibe….tiers of Caramel Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Mud Cake with Lime & Mandarin Ganache covered with rolled fondant and dressed with an edible print, fondant hexagons and gold leaf. The tiers were counterbalanced and remote controlled LED lights countersunk into the base of the top two tiers to light up the acrylic supports for extra effect.

Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Milk Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. The design was inspired by the pyramid stage set from Daft Punk’s appearance at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

Set in a room full of clouds with everyone dressed in white, this cake made an impressive centrepiece with its splash of vibrant colour. Red Wine Chocolate Cake, White Vanilla Cake with Raspberry & Lemon and Chocolate Mud Cake with Caramel & Peanut were covered with soft rolled fondant and decorated with a cascade of sugar blossoms tumbling down from the handcrafted sugar rainbow on top.

The cake was sized to suit a large gathering of family and friends but could easily be scaled down for smaller celebrations.
