Delicate ruffles of ivory fondant created a beautiful soft and romantic look to this cake and the fresh cluster roses gave it a slightly vintage charm. Tiers of peppermint chocolate, white chocolate and rich chocolate mudcake ensured there would be a sweet treat to suit every guest at the wedding.

Discs of delicious chocolate mudcake, smooth and velvety ganache, white chocolate with lemon butter and dark chocolate with fig preserve, layered in a fabulous little push pop container and decorated with edible sugar pearls. These are the perfect little treat and make a nice change to a traditional slice of cake or a cup cake.

This bright and colourful version of Peppa Pig’s Birthday Party was tailored especially for a little girl whose favourite colours are purple and yellow. Moist chocolate cake was layered and coated with a smooth chocolate ganache then covered in a pale purple fondant. Peppa and her party accessories were handcut from fondant to decorate the top and the cake and board were trimmed with  co-ordinating ribbons.

Sky blue fondant covered  a  white chocolate cake layered with strawberry preserve and smooth white chocolate ganache. Princess Peppa was handcut from fondant and the trail of stars from her wand were individually dusted with edible glitter to add that essential  touch of sparkle.

White chocolate cake laced with raspberry extract and tinted a subtle shade of pink was layered with white chocolate ganache and covered with pastel green fondant. Peppa and all her party accessories were handcut from fondant and applied to the top along with a border of little shrubs and blossoms to create this pretty cake just perfect for a little girl who’s mad about Peppa Pig!

Pastel colours were the preference here but they could easily be swopped for brights to change the look a little.

Hundreds of tiny little coloured fondant tiles were applied by hand to create the pixelated effect of a Minecraft landscape. Steve, the main character of this popular computer game, was handcrafted in fondant and entirely edible, much to the delight of the birthday boy and his friends!
