Free standing letter F; White Vanilla Mud Cake brushed with Strawberry Preserve and layered with Banana Custard Ganache. Panelled with rolled fondant,  dressed with sugar paste clouds and finished with edible images of a vintage plane.

Based on the concept of mix and match building blocks, these three cakes could all be turned around individually to show a different side. Banana Mud Cake with Caramel Ganache, Mango & White Chocolate Mud Cake with Coconut Ganache and Lemon Mud Cake with Lime & Mandarin Ganache, each covered with panels of rolled fondant and decorated with edible images and prints.

This sweet design was inspired by the birthday girl’s favourite cuddly toy. Layers of White Vanilla Mud Cake with Pink Strawberry Ganache echoed the pink and white stripe with sugar blossoms and silver sparkle to compliment the decorative elements of her styled celebrations. A cute little baby elephant hand crafted from sugar paste sat happily at the top of the tower!

A two tiered chocolate mud cake cake with a third dummy tier on the top, all covered with rolled fondant and sugarpaste decorations. The carousel on the top was on a battery operated rotating base so it turned around for an added dimension.

The central column of the merry-go-round was a fondant covered cake sitting on a battery operated rotating base decorated with fondant. The bottom two tiers were both fondant covered cakes. The My Little Pony characters were handcut from sugarpaste and the top of the merry-go-round was a card structure covered and embellished with fondant.
