Designed for a stylish lady who loves champagne and Moet in particular! White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Morello Cherry Preserve and Almond White Chocolate Ganache on the top tier and layered with Dulce de Leche Caramel and Banana Ganache on the bottom tier.

Covered with fondant strips and textured panels along with an edible print of the Great Gatsby inspired window at Tiffanys and finished with a “Press for Champagne” button crafted from sugar paste.

Dice to represent synchronicity, rosary beads to symbolise spirituality, a love of tea, jewels and diamonds and flowers in a colour palette to reflect childhood nostalgia of the 70’s all wrapped up in one design for a special 50th birthday celebration.

An edible print in a striking linear swirls pattern wrapped and fashioned into ribbons to reflect the passions of a textile artist paired with a favourite quote and mantra by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

An abstract take on a traditional chessboard, this cake was designed for the launch of Knightsbridge Insurance Group with the focus on the Knight which was a 3D model specially comissioned and displayed on an illuminated battery operated turntable. The cakes were Chocolate Orange Mud Cake layered with Fig Preserve & White Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Hazelnut Paste & Orange Ganache panelled with fondant and a chessboard design on top. The four cakes were positioned at different heights and finished with chocolate chess pieces.
Although designed for a corporate event it could be adapted to suit a birthday celebration for a chess player.

Designed for a young lady who loves Kanye West, Yeezy Boost sneakers and high end luxury brands. Cookies & Cream Mud Cake layered with Dulce de Leche Caramel and Milk Chocolate Ganache and a bottom tier filled with Crispy M&Ms, dressed with edible prints and fondant.

The top and the bottom cakes rotated independently to show the different faces of each one.
