An abstract take on a traditional chessboard, this cake was designed for the launch of Knightsbridge Insurance Group with the focus on the Knight which was a 3D model specially comissioned and displayed on an illuminated battery operated turntable. The cakes were Chocolate Orange Mud Cake layered with Fig Preserve & White Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Hazelnut Paste & Orange Ganache panelled with fondant and a chessboard design on top. The four cakes were positioned at different heights and finished with chocolate chess pieces.
Although designed for a corporate event it could be adapted to suit a birthday celebration for a chess player.

Designed for a young lady who loves Kanye West, Yeezy Boost sneakers and high end luxury brands. Cookies & Cream Mud Cake layered with Dulce de Leche Caramel and Milk Chocolate Ganache and a bottom tier filled with Crispy M&Ms, dressed with edible prints and fondant.

The top and the bottom cakes rotated independently to show the different faces of each one.

Designed for a Harry Styles fan featuring her favourite three albums. Chocolate Mud Cakes layered with Nutella & Strawberry Ganache and Mint Ganache with crumbled Aero, panelled with fondant and dressed with edible prints of the album covers. The design included acrylic discs in the colours of the corresponding vinyl records and an edible iPhone with a Spotify code which when scanned played the song on the screen.
