This cake was designed and created to compliment a beautifully styled wedding in a clear roof top marquee with stunning crystal chandeliers.
Tiers of Chocolate Mud Cake with Cocoa Hazelnut Butter & Frangelico White Chocolate Ganache and Banana Mud Cake with Banana Liqueur Syrup and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled and floral bas relief fondant. Decorative features included gold leaf, gold mirror acrylics to match the invitations and bespoke sugar bead work to replicate the detail on the bridal gown.
The cake was set on a beautiful illuminated crystal chandelier swing suspended from the roof top.

5 tiers of Cake; White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Pineapple Passionfruit Preserve and Raspberry White Chocolate Ganache and Coconut Mud Cake layered with Mango Vanilla Bean Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache.
Wrapped and panelled with dusky mauve and marbled fondant with a gold lustre border.
Dressed with fresh and preserved florals and a floral side bar to give the illusion of floating tiers at the top.

Designed for a vow renewal with a bold red, white and gold colour palette. Tiers of cake panelled with embossed fondant embellished with sugar paste blossoms and sugar pearls, separated with preserved hydrangea blossoms. At the centre, an illuminated silhouette of the family in gold mirror acrylic on a rotating turntable for a little theatre.
