Eucalyptus Wedding Cake

Chocolate Mud Cake with Milk Chocolate Ganache and White Vanilla Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled wood grain fondant. Decorated with a timber hoop dressed with sugar Geraldton wax flowers, hypericum berries and eucalyptus leaves to suit the natural surroundings of the wedding venue.

Romantic Rose

Tiers of Strawberry Champagne with a pale pink White Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate with Mint Choc Chip Ganache and Caramel with Espresso Ganache were covered with rolled fondant and adorned with an array of delicate pink sugar roses, white blossoms and fondant lace for this soft and pretty romantic design.

Sequins and Ruffles

The soft blush pink ruffles worked beautifully with the  champagne gold sequin effect and the simple band of gold around the top tier balanced the design perfectly.

White Vanilla with Salted Caramel and Hazelnut Ganache and Chocolate Orange with Kumquat Preserve and Chocolate Ganache were served to the guests as a sweet treat with coffee and the Bride & Groom chose Caramel with Baileys Ganache as the top tier to keep.

A separate gluten free and lactose free Chocolate Orange cake was made by special request and provided the perfect platform for the sweet little bride and groom pugs which were handcrafted from sugar.

Melting Ice Cream Wedding Cake

A quirky design for something a little bit different! Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Salted Caramel Sauce and Ganache covered with rolled fondant to match the colour palette of the wedding. Topped with a ‘dropped’ ice cream hand crafted from sugar paste and decorated with  royal icing melted ice cream drip, sprinkles and the couples initial set on a waffle wafer!

White & Gold Sugar Flowers

Embossed fondant, gold lustre and delicate sugar flowers for an intimate wedding with a white and gold colour scheme.

A Touch of Vintage Style

Pink Strawberry Champagne Mud Cake was covered with wide fondant ruffles and a touch of vintage style was added with a pair of beautiful brass deer on top, original ornaments sourced from the UK, circa 1950’s

Pleats & Fantasy Flowers

The simplicity of an all white colour palette with the pleated fondant and fantasy flowers handcrafted from sugar gave this design a very contemporary look. Chocolate and White Vanilla Mud Cakes were served as dessert to guests attending the sophisticated celebrations.

Petite Wedding Cake

A small and intimate celebration can still have a beautiful, elegant wedding cake and this petite design was full of charm and style. Vanilla and Raspberry Mud Cake layered with Hazelnut Ganache was covered with a soft ivory fondant and decorated with delicate sugar roses, piped pearls and fondant lace applique.

Ruffles and Roses

Delicate ruffles of ivory fondant created a beautiful soft and romantic look to this cake and the fresh cluster roses gave it a slightly vintage charm. Tiers of peppermint chocolate, white chocolate and rich chocolate mudcake ensured there would be a sweet treat to suit every guest.

5 Tier Black White & Diamante

This striking 5 tier black and white design made quite a statement with the vertical stripes further enhancing the grandeur and giving an even greater perception of height. Each tier was a different flavour; Caramel with Espresso Ganache, Chocolate Mint with Mint Choc Chip Ganache, Lemon with Lemon Curd and Raspberry Ganache, Passionfruit with Mango & Pineapple Preserve and Passionfruit Ganache and Chocolate Cherry Coconut with Black Cherry Preserve and Chocolate Ganache – as feast for the tastebuds! Covered with rolled fondant the tiers were trimmed with black satin ribbon and diamante and finished with a custom made acrylic topper.
