Designed to complement and combine the elements of a Pamper Party and Disco. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Caramel Ganache and covered with rolled black fondant. Decorations were handcut from fondant and applied to each tier then the design was topped off with a colour changing disco ball for a fun effect when the lights went out!

A different version of the traditional Mix & Match Cube Cake – this time 4 round cakes on a central spindle and separated with rotating turntables with 8 different images to mix and match.

Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Butterscotch Ganache and crumbled Gluten Free Shortbread covered with rolled fondant and decorated with a fondant applique design based on the children’s CBeebies TV show Bing! The cake was finished with a hand crafted Bing Bunny made from sugar paste on the top.

Gorgeous ombre shades of aqua were perfect for the fondant ocean waves and mermaid scales and the seashells, handcrafted from sugar in various tones of purple, complemented the colour palette of the Under the Sea party.

Soft tones of aqua and pink were highlighted with gold in this pretty mermaid theme cake. Gentle rolling waves, textured mermaid scales, a golden seabed and shimmering pearls were created with fondant and sugar work and the design was finished with a beautiful seashell crown.

Designed to match the invitations this 3 tier cake was covered in fondant and dressed with piped ganache and fresh roses. Pink Strawberry Mud Cake with White Chocolate Cheesecake Ganache on the inside matched the pretty shades of pink on the outside.

2 Tiers of Chocolate Mud Cake with Pink Chocolate Ganache, one covered with rolled fondant and the other dressed with a custom blend of sugar sprinkles in pink, purple and gold. Piped ganache rosettes and sugar flowers for the mane and a touch of gold for a little glamour!
