Designed for a young lady who loves nature and all things pretty. Textured fondant and  a whimsical edible print were embellished with butterflies, sugar flowers and foliage to create a 3D effect.

Designed to reflect a love of cute owls and reading! Apple Berry Crumble cake layered with Vanilla Custard Ganache, shaped and covered with rolled fondant feathers. The owl was set on a tree stump crafted from textured fondant and reading a book made from sugar paste and printed wafer paper.

A sweet little fairy tree house made from Strawberry Mud Cake and designed to complement the colours and styling of an Enchanted Woodland slumber party. Covered with textured fondant bark, a sugar leaf roof top and pretty sugar blossoms, toadstools and butterflies. Little micro fairy lights were thread through the moss on the base and up behind the front door to add a little touch of magic when the night time fell.

Bottom Storey: White Vanilla Mud Cake brushed with Honey Citrus Syrup, sprinkled with Cinnamon spiced Walnuts and layered with White Chocolate Ganache to evoke the flavours of Baklava.
Top Storey: White Vanilla Mud Cake brushed with Limoncello Syrup and layered with Wild Blueberry Preserve and Lemon Ganache.
Panelled with textured fondant and dressed with sugarpaste bougainvillea and embellishments.
