Featuring many of the loved characters from Finding Nemo handcrafted from sugar paste and set amongst fondant corals on tiers of  Chocolate and White Vanilla Mud Cake, layered and sealed with ganache and covered with rolled fondant.

Two tiers of White Vanilla Mudcake layered with Raspberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache covered with fondant and decorated with cute sea characters inspired by the birthday invitation and handcrafted from sugarpaste. The cakes were set on a handcarved ‘stingray’ covered with fondant, floating on a bed of fondant ocean spheres.

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Strawberry Preserve and pink coloured White Chocolate Ganache, covered in rolled fondant and dressed with sugar paste strawberries and daisies. A little dairy free mini cake to the side for the birthday girl to enjoy.

Bottom Tier: White Vanilla Mud Cake alternately layered with Pineapple Passionfruit Preserve & Pineapple Ganache and Strawberry Preserve with Strawberry Ganache.
The cakes were panelled with rolled fondant and dressed with sugarpaste embellishments.

A two tier cake covered with sparkly midnight blue fondant and dressed with sugarpaste flowers and wafer paper butterflies displayed on a bed of illuminated preserved hydrangea blossoms.

Designed for a stylised circus themed party…..tiers of Banana Mud Cake with Caramel Ganache and Chocolate Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache covered and decorated with fondant. Tiny little fairy lights were added just under the eaves of the big top for extra effect!
