Free standing letter E; White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache. Panelled with fondant tiles and discs to resemble Lego and dressed with a favourite character Mr Sharky handcut from sugarpaste.

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Dulce de Leche Caramel and yellow coloured Banana Ganache, covered with rolled fondant and dressed with edible prints. The cake was finished with a sugarpaste Pokeball on a battery operated rotated turntable.

A cake top forward style covered with rolled fondant and dressed with edible prints of favourite Pokémon characters.

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with  Milk Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled and texture fondant to represent a deck of cards. Dressed with edible prints of the cards with a custom made special card for Freddo Frog to include a favourite chocolate treat.

4 seperate cakes, one for each ninja turtle, alternate layers of yellow and green Vanilla Mud Cake with black Chocolate Ganache, panelled with fondant and dressed with edible images. Displayed on a custom built stand, each cake was illuminated from underneath in the corresponding turtle colour and on a battery operated turntable so they rotated independently.
