A version of the Old Trafford stadium created for a fan of Manchester United Football Club. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant, a sugar sprinkles ‘crowd’ and edible image logos.

A replica of a Squiers P Bass guitar crafted entirely from cake, fondant and sugar paste with the exception of the guitar strings!

A life size cake version of  a Sony Stereo System complete with an edible record on a rotating turntable and audio playing the tracks of the album. The album cover and sleeve were also edible.

Just under 1 metre wide,  this full size version of the Casio CT-X800 keyboard was made entirely with chocolate mud cake, fondant and ganache and detailed with edible prints to capture an element of realism.

A cake version of the retro arcade game Street Fighter! Layers of Chocolate Mud Cake and Ganache covered with rolled fondant and finished with edible print replicas of the graphics from the machine.

Inspired by a sculpture piece by Ilan Manouach called ‘One Piece’, the concept was adapted to create a very long cake at 102cm wide featuring all the volumes of the Chainsaw Man manga comic book. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Milk Chocolate Ganache, panelled with fondant, textured on the top to look like book pages and dressed with edible prints of the book covers. Set on a board covered with the title page and first chapter page for each volume.

Aside from the backing board this cake was entirely edible with an edible print version of the commissioned caricature and a woodgrain fondant picture frame.

This image was pictured with a bottle of beer to give a sense of scale and proportion.

Not quite as it seems! This striking double exposure image looks just like it has been screen printed onto an art canvas to hang on the wall but actually it’s a cake! Vanilla and Raspberry Swirl Mud Cake was sealed with Lemon Ganache and covered with rolled fondant then the image was translated to an edible print and applied to the ‘canvas’ – food imitating art in the truest sense!
