Bottom Tier: White Vanilla Mud Cake alternately layered with Pineapple Passionfruit Preserve & Pineapple Ganache and Strawberry Preserve with Strawberry Ganache.
The cakes were panelled with rolled fondant and dressed with sugarpaste embellishments.

A two tier cake covered with sparkly midnight blue fondant and dressed with sugarpaste flowers and wafer paper butterflies displayed on a bed of illuminated preserved hydrangea blossoms.

Designed for a stylised circus themed party…..tiers of Banana Mud Cake with Caramel Ganache and Chocolate Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache covered and decorated with fondant. Tiny little fairy lights were added just under the eaves of the big top for extra effect!
