This fun cake celebrated a love of sun, sand and surfing! Each tier was covered with waves of fondant in ombre shades to represent the different elements with shortbread cookie crumbs adding a little texture and effect for the sand. Handcrafted from sugar, the surfboards and decorations were the perfect embellishments to complete the design.
