Diamonds Cake

Designed for a luxury diamond jewellery house but could be adapted as a celebration cake for a diamond lover.
White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Blueberry Preserve and Vanilla Custard Ganache, panelled with rolled fondant and dressed with an edible print featuring the logo. The two cakes were separated by crystal diamond and presented on a gold board.

White Vanilla and Dulce de Leche Caramel Ripple Mud Cake brushed with Caramel Syrup and layered with Crunchy Biscoff Cookie Butter and White Chocolate Ganache panelled with fondant. Decorated with sugar paste swim theme typography letters and hand cut image.

Fairytale Wedding

Tiers of Red Velvet and Cookies & Cream Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Sugar flowers in soft pretty pastels, storybook script edible print and decorative fondant flowers and scrolls with a touch of gold for a fairytale wedding and a happily ever after!

Moet Champagne Cake

Designed for a stylish lady who loves champagne and Moet in particular! White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Morello Cherry Preserve and Almond White Chocolate Ganache on the top tier and layered with Dulce de Leche Caramel and Banana Ganache on the bottom tier.

Covered with fondant strips and textured panels along with an edible print of the Great Gatsby inspired window at Tiffanys and finished with a “Press for Champagne” button crafted from sugar paste.

Ruffle Rosettes

Pink Strawberry Champagne Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache tinted pale pink and covered with rolled fondant. Embellished with ‘Vera Wang’ style sugar ruffle rosettes, hand piped cornelli lace and filigree detail and finished with a pretty sugar bow and ornamental jewel.

Ombre Coral & Wafer Paper Peonies

White Vanilla & Champagne Mud Cake with Peach Preserve and White Chocolate & Peach Schnapps Ganache decorated with pleats of fondant in ombre shades of coral and dressed with delicate wafer paper peonies.
