A gorgeous design for twins turning 1 symbolising independence and connection.  Each little one had their own cake, White Vanilla with White Chocolate Ganache covered with soft blue fondant and fluffy sugar clouds and Pink Strawberry with Strawberry Ganache covered with grass green fondant and colourful sugar blossoms.  The two cakes were then connected with a beautiful bright rainbow handcrafted from sugar.

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Raspberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled fondant and decorated as a replica of the birthday girl’s bed with her favourite Beanie Boos handcrafted from sugar.

An edible sketch pad, doodle book and pot of pens for a kawaii loving doodlebug! Pink Lemonade and White Vanilla Mud Cakes covered with rolled fondant and an edible print for the book cover. Fondant pens in the pot were accompanied by edible ink markers on the sketch pad for some interactive colouring in before the cake was cut and sliced!

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache carved and covered with fondant in the shape of a kawaii style pandicorn. For an extra surprise the panidcorn’s tummy was filled with rainbow skittles to match the illuminated fondant rainbow!

Designed for a Harry Styles fan featuring her favourite three albums. Chocolate Mud Cakes layered with Nutella & Strawberry Ganache and Mint Ganache with crumbled Aero, panelled with fondant and dressed with edible prints of the album covers. The design included acrylic discs in the colours of the corresponding vinyl records and an edible iPhone with a Spotify code which when scanned played the song on the screen.
