This gorgeous bright and colourful design was perfect for a birthday on a hot Summer day! Pink and yellow coloured Coconut Mud Cake was layered with a Pineapple Mango Preserve and a blue coloured Ganache so the inside matched the outside! The centre was also filled with Smarties in the same colours as a surprise to come tumbling out when the cake was cut. Covered with rolled fondant the cakes were decorated with Dora and her friends handcut from sugar paste.
