100th Birthday!

Nostalgic and reminiscent of a bygone era yet modern and stylish at the same time, this design was created for a very special lady reaching an incredible milestone. Chocolate Mud cake brushed with Tia Maria syrup and layered with Espresso Ganache was covered with fondant ruffles in ombre shades of rose pink on the top tier and a monogram with floral border handcrafted from sugar on the bottom tier.
