A cake for a Star Wars themed wedding on May the Fourth.
Tiers of Caramel, Chocolate & Vanilla and Cookies & Cream Mud Cakes all layered with White Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Dressed with edible prints, preserved hydrangea blossoms, fibre optic lights and models of the star ships strategically placed and suspended to give the illusion of them flying.
The top tier was finished with the Rebel Alliance symbol embellished with the couple’s initials.
