Birthday celebrations with a Mexican theme call for some extra special desserts! A decadent Chocolate Tart spiked with Chilli and Cardamom, finished with edible gold leaf for a touch of opulence, Push Pops with layers of Cinnamon Sponge and Dulce de Leche Caramel sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar Crystals evoking the flavours of the delicious Mexican doughnuts, Churros and a Tres Leches cake – a light Vanilla Sponge drenched with a mixture of 3 Milks (Tres Leches), layered with fresh Strawberries and a zesty Lime Mascarpone Cream to add a little sophistication to the humble Mexican cake – delicioso!
